1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Time
Because we work with international suppliers, the estimated delivery time is:

3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We may also offer Free Shipping promotions on selected products from time to time.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.
5. Customs, Duties and Taxes
Fashion Era is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping delays can occasionally occur due to customs, weather conditions, or high demand. We appreciate your patience in such cases.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. If you realize you made an error, please contact us immediately.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please contact us with your order number and relevant proof (such as photos). We will do our best to resolve the issue.
